Plasticizing Circuit:
The material enters the heated barrel and becomes molten. The motor drives the screw inside the barrel to rotate. Under the action of friction and shearing force in the screw groove, the molten material is pushed to the head of the screw. Simultaneously, the screw retracts under the reaction force of the material, creating a storage space at the screw head, completing the plasticizing process. Then, under the piston thrust of the molten material cylinder, the screw pushes the molten material in the storage chamber through the low-pressure cylinder to the plunger storage chamber.
Injection Circuit:
Under the action of the mold closing mechanism, the mold closes and is locked under high pressure. Then, under the piston thrust of the injection cylinder, the molten material is injected into the mold cavity at high speed and high pressure through the nozzle. After pressure holding, cooling, and solidification, the mold opens under the action of the mold closing mechanism, and the solidified product is ejected from the mold by the ejector device and picked up by a robotic arm.
