Precision Sizing Beyond Tonnage Alone

1. Injection Unit Match

Matching screw diameter to small shot sizes prevents excessive resin residence time and degradation.

2. Resin & Wear Protection

Optimized screw profiles for glass-fiber reinforcement, V-0 flame retardants, and high-flow polymers.

3. Insert Molding Cell

Integrated low-pressure mold protection, precise insert positioning, and robot loading automation.

4. Multi-Cavity Balance

Stable injection rate and repeatable V/P switchover across high cavity counts.

Electrical Component Applications

Connectors & Plugs

Terminal housings, wire connectors, multi-pin bodies, sockets, sensor plugs.

  • Fills thin walls and deep terminal slots without flash or thermal degradation.
  • Matches total multi-cavity shot weight with appropriate barrel capacity.

Terminal Blocks & Insert Molding

Insert-molded contacts, terminal carriers, relay bases, busbars.

  • Prevents metal insert displacement during high-pressure filling.
  • Advanced mold protection guards sensitive tool features against misloaded inserts.

Electrical Housings & Enclosures

Junction boxes, power supply covers, adapter bodies, circuit breaker cases.

  • Focuses on projected area, platen tie-bar clearance, and dimensional stability.
  • Ensures precise alignment for clip-fits, screw bosses, and mating surfaces.

Sensors & Technical Components

Bobbins, coil carriers, sensor housings, internal technical supports.

  • High repeatability for critical tolerances and tight assembly interfaces.
  • Handles engineering thermoplastics (PA66, PBT, POM, PC/ABS, LCP).

Engineering Sizing Warning: Avoid Oversized Injection Units

Selecting an oversized injection unit simply to get "extra machine capacity" is a frequent mistake in electrical parts molding. If a small shot uses only a fraction of the barrel, material stays heated over too many cycles, leading to thermal degradation, color shifting, or lost mechanical properties.

Best Practice: Always evaluate exact material grade, drying needs, glass-fiber content, and total shot size before selecting the injection unit.
