1. Plunger-type Plastic Injection Molding Machine
Its mixing and plasticizing properties are very poor, requiring the addition of a flow divider. It is rarely used now.
2. Reciprocating Screw-type Plastic Injection Molding Machine
It relies on the screw for plasticizing and injection, resulting in excellent mixing and plasticizing properties. It is the most commonly used type.
3. Screw-Plunger-type Plastic Injection Molding Machine
It separates the plasticizing process using the screw and the injection process using the plunger.
